Replynt is committed to protecting your privacy and being clear about how your information is handled.

1. Overview

Replynt (“Replynt”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an AI-assisted messaging application designed to help users draft replies based on communication preferences, imported chat content, and user-provided profile information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information We Collect

a) Account Information

• Email address and authentication identifiers provided through our sign-in provider
• Basic account and subscription-related information needed to operate the service

b) Imported Chat and Profile Data

• Exported chat files or pasted text that you choose to upload or submit
• Profile information you create manually, such as profile names, avatars, preferences, and communication style notes
• Generated profile summaries or communication preferences derived from the content you provide

c) Usage and Diagnostic Data

• Basic technical and diagnostic information needed to keep the app working, such as request logs, error events, and service health events
• Approximate usage information, such as generation or training activity counts

d) Keyboard Extension Data

• The Replynt keyboard processes text only when you actively use the keyboard or trigger a generation action
• We do not record keystrokes in the background or access text when the keyboard is not in use

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide AI-generated reply suggestions
• Create and maintain personalized communication profiles
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Operate, maintain, and improve app features and reliability
• Detect abuse, misuse, fraud, or technical issues
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

4. AI and Third-Party Processing

To generate suggestions and power certain features, Replynt may send relevant portions of text, profile context, or prompts to third-party service providers, including AI model providers and infrastructure vendors.

• Only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature is shared
• Third-party providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies
• We do not sell your personal information or your conversations
• We do not use your content for advertising

5. Data Storage and Retention

• Data may be stored on your device and on secure third-party infrastructure used to operate Replynt
• Temporary chat uploads are deleted after processing or after a limited retention window
• Account data and saved profiles may be retained until you delete them or request account deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for legitimate security and record-keeping purposes

6. Data Sharing

We may share limited information with:

• AI providers for generating replies and related features
• Cloud hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, or technical infrastructure providers
• Authorities, courts, regulators, or advisors when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. International Transfers

Because some of our service providers may operate in different countries, your information may be processed outside your country or region. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards intended to protect transferred personal data.

8. Your Rights and Choices

• Access, update, or delete certain profile and account information
• Delete your account
• Request deletion of stored personal data, subject to legal or operational limitations
• Stop using the keyboard extension or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings
• Where applicable, object to or request restriction of certain processing activities

9. Children’s Privacy

Replynt is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
